You can search the store by brand, or for a specific product, or you can just browse through and look at all the different products they have for your skin type. They do men’s and women’s products,

Shipping is free if you spend over £75, and costs £5 if you spend less than this. They also have a 115% price promise so that if you find any product they sell anywhere else for less (another website, retail store, spa or physician's office) they will refund you 115% of the difference between the lower price and their price. For example: Skin Store price for product A is £100.00 and you find it for £90.00 somewhere else, and they will refund you £11.50, bringing your net price to £88.50. To get the refund you contact them by e-mail or phone and give them the details so they can check it.

Payment methods are a bit limited compared to some online stores, as they only take Visa or Mastercard. They do have a no hassle returns policy though, so that if you’re in any way unsatisfied with your item you may return the unused portion of it for a full refund less shipping.
