Cloggs states at the top of their website that they are the only authorised UK etailer (online retailer) partner for Doc Martens.  They sell Kid’s, Men’s and Women’s varieties, and if you are looking for Doc Martens then this is most definitely a place I’d look!  They also sell a wide range of other items and brands – Levi, Converse, Timberland, Wrangler, Crocs, Fly, jeans, sunglasses, jackets, bags, and many more.

The Cloggs site lets you browse by various methods – you can go into the men’s, women’s, children’s, or sale section, and then from there you can select the type of item you want – shoes, jeans, jackets etc.  Alternatively if you want to, you can look at specific brands, or you can browse by size, style, cost etc. as well. 

There is a very useful section on the site where you can look at size charts and compare UK sizes alongside US and European sizes, making it really easy to know which is the right size for you to buy even if the brand you’re buying isn’t labelled with the sizes for your own country.

Cloggs has a newsletter which you can sign up to as well, this can mean you get sent news of new products, special offers and discounts before other people know about them which is always useful.

Because the site will deliver internationally they have a whole section devoted to explaining what delivery charges you’ll pay according to where in the world you live.  However, if you’re in the UK, it’s really easy – delivery is free for standard delivery and costs £4.95 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item if you require express delivery.  There is a really clear order status section which shows you the status that your order has reached and there’s a special order status page on the help section of the site which explains what each step means.  Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express.

One final really good thing that the site has to offer is ‘live pre-purchase support’ this means that if you’re trying to find something on site, or you need help checking something or anything like that, you can click on this live chat, and speak to a real person who can help you to find what you’re looking for, or talk you through the buying process if you’re new to this sort of thing.  Cloggs is a very innovative idea, and one I personally like a lot!
